Finding Benjamin Crib Notes
By Chris
Come one, come all and welcome to crib notes. In May, I purchased my first home and was able to grab the $8,000 tax credit. Purchasing the home has begun a new saga in my life, and I would like to share my experiences with everyone. If you would like to become more familiar with my current place of residence, refer to our previous post. Every now and then I will be posting about the college house I live in, which is frequently referred to by the locals as the “hop” (house of pain) or “the two two five”, which is the house number. I live there with three of my best friends from high school, although we all go to various colleges around Rochester, New York. There is never a boring day at the hop, and I am here to fill you in on all of the excitement. And now I will introduce the crew…

-This is Joe. He is currently an economics and business strategies major at the University of Rochester and plays linebacker for the football team. He delivers pizza when he is not busy with school and football. He bench presses twice as much as you weigh, and enjoys a nice ham/turkey sandwich. Interesting Fact- Joe is frightened by dead animals. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

-This is Matt. He is currently a sports science major at Monroe Community College, and he plays on the school’s lacrosse team. Matt would do anything for his Buffalo Bills. He works for a wiring company these days, as well as the local burger joint. He enjoys singing to country music while in the shower, and takes full advantage of his Irish heritage. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

-This is Dave. Dave is also a student at Monroe Community College, studying accounting. He plans to attend St. John Fisher College after his time at MCC. A cornerback for his high school football team, Dave now works for a wiring company with Matt and enjoys fishing. He is smaller than the rest of us, so he serves as the house “punching bag”, so to speak. He locks his bedroom door while he sleeps because of this. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
School is just starting back up, so there are bound to be some interesting things that happen at the two two five this year. Stay tuned for future crib notes!
